We grind our beef daily to make our special burger blend, but we don't stop there. Our chef decided to open his own culinary experience where he started, Bergen County. Chef Shalom has vast experience in the culinary world working for restaurant concepts around the nation including the Patina Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts and Downtown Disney. After consulting for two years back on the East Coast, Chef Shalom is proud to serve his customers with quality food and good service.
